To ensure your rights and create peace of mind when purchasing Tourist eSIMs at EGOVIET, we have introduced the “Exchange, Cancellation and Refund” policy when you receive the wrong product or encounter issues due to our errors.

1. Exchange policy

If you receive an eSIM that is not the type they ordered, EGOVIET commits to supporting you to exchange the eSIM within 01 day.

In case you have already successfully purchased an eSIM and want to change to a different type of eSIM, you can contact us via the Hotline/WhatsApp +84 355 085 265, or email [email protected], and, if the change request is approved, you can exchange the eSIM for another eSIM.

2. Cancellation and Refund

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you can do so without penalty before you make the payment or your eSIM QR Code has been delivered.

After your eSIM QR code has been delivered, you cannot cancel your order and can only be refunded if there is an error in our eSIM which has been communicated to but cannot be fixed by our Support Team.

In case you cannot find the eSIM email in your primary inbox, please check your email spam or Promotion box, or contact us for assistance. Your failure to do so will result in no refund.

The refund will be made in the same way as the payment method (e.g. paypal) used to make the purchase. The refund process may take up to 10 business days.
