With EGOVIET’s eSIMs, after you completed your order with us and successfully transfer your payment, we will send the eSIM to your registered email within a maximum of 15 minutes (except for Ego180 and Ego365 which may take up to 4 working hours to generate the QR code).

In case of delays in delivery or service supply, EGOVIET will promptly inform you and provide an opportunity to cancel the contract if you wish to do so.

Since the eSIM is sent via email, please provide the correct email address to ensure you get it timely.
